Ingredients

(makes about 1 cup of salsa)

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender cup.
  2. Blend for about 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy with tortilla chips or use as a topping for meats or veggies.
