All of us have things in our life that we regret, things we feel we "wasted" time on, mistakes we have made, or things we wish we would have done sooner or done at all.  For some clients I have talked with, these "mistakes" or "failures" are diets that they have tried but didn't stay on, not following the prescribed diet for their post-bariatric surgery regimen, or not taking action to lose weight before they developed heart disease or diabetes.
