Pan-fried apples Pic

Ingredients

(makes about 2 cups)

  • ~3 medium apples, peeled, cored,  and sliced (about 2 cups apple slices)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

  1. Heat butter in nonstick pan on low to medium heat until it starts to melt.  Add apple slices.
  2. Add cinnamon and toss apples to coat with cinnamon.
  3. Add water to pan and simmer on low for about 20 minutes until most water is absorbed.  Add honey while simmering and toss with apples.
  4. Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
