Staci Gulbin, founder of My Lighttrack Dietitian, is a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration with extensive education and experience in nutrition education and counseling. She received her Master of Science degrees in Biology and Human Nutrition from New York University and Columbia University, respectively, as well as a Master of Nutrition Education from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, with her dietetic internship completed at Iowa State University. Staci has worked in nutrition research, health writing and editing, medical weight loss, weight loss support, long-term care, fitness centers, nutrition education, and medical nutrition therapy.
