You can always grab a diet online, track your calories, or go to the gym to lose weight. But chances are, you will encounter some obstacles, hit a plateau, or just lose your motivation. This usually leads to a vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting, disappointment, and frustration. You are not alone.

Not one client I have spoken to has not tried a diet before, has not failed a diet before, and has not lost their way before.  The fact that you came onto this site shows that you want to get your health on track and that you are open to getting help.  Admitting that you need help is nothing to be ashamed of, but shows how brave you are and how determined you are to succeed.

You may ask yourself if you are going to have time to commit to getting healthy.  You may be anxious about the changes you will have to make to get there.  This is normal, but you don't have to be scared.  I am here for you.

I will be here to guide you through every step of your journey.  I will be there for during your successes and failures.  I will help you get back on track if you fall off course. I will show you how to make healthy living a part of YOUR lifestyle.  I will be there to answer any questions you have no matter how silly or simple you think they may be.  And the best part is, you can reach me from the comfort of your home.

My Lighttrack Dietitian wants to make healthy living easy for you since you work hard every day taking care of others.  Now is the time to take care of YOU, to value your health, and realize how much you deserve to feel your best inside and out.
