(makes about 1 and 1/8 cup dressing)

  • 6 ounces plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup low-fat, dry grated
  • parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients well.
  2. Serve right away or chill for later.  Enjoy!

Works well as a salad dressing or as a dip for veggies or meats such as chicken wings.
